Breakfast tabling comes with elegant, yet simple, table decor, with runners and candles. Feel free to bring your own name cards and favours and we’ll make sure they sit perfectly.
As a music venue, we have everything for your entertainment needs. Our Venue Room comes with staging, PA, lighting and projection equipment included in the hire.
Conveniently close to the ring road and the Sheffield Parkway for direct links to the M1, Sheffield train station is an 8 min drive or 25 min walk, plus free on-street parking directly outside the venue.
Fully stocked bars with offerings from Beavertown, Guinness, Heineken and more. Our back bar is filled with delicious gins, rums and other spirits guaranteeing something for everyone.
We have a hand-picked list of recommended food traders, and we can facilitate food trucks and trailers with external power and water provisions in the courtyard.
Fully heated and air conditioned rooms create comfort whatever the weather, whatever the time of year.
Our soft-furnished Side Bar gives the perfect place for comfy drinks and chilled-out vibes.
Our Site
White Room
The jewel in the Yellow Arch wedding crown, the White Room is the perfect setting for your ceremony and breakfast. The neutral colour scheme and wooden floors add to the rustic charm of the room.
Venue Room
The Venue is the main heart of Yellow Arch – where the party’s at! With a fully stocked bar, stage, lighting and PA, there won’t be another wedding reception like it. We can cater for a wide range of entertainment, from bands, DJ’s and singers and much more.
Courtyard
Over 2021 we developed our outdoor space to bring more comfort and enjoyment. Covered seating, music and lighting that can set the mood, this space adds that little bit extra to your day – whatever the weather.
Side Bar
In addition to our Venue room, the Side Bar is a second service area with a difference. Comfy seating and chilled music make this the perfect area to get away from the party in the Venue. The fully stocked bar also houses the same offerings as the Venue bar.

Ceremony, Breakfast and Reception Package
Our Ceremony, Breakfast and Reception package combines all aspects of your wedding day. Up to 80 guests can spectate your ceremony in the White Room as you recite your vows in front of your loved ones. After the ceremony, the room is converted into a banquet hall to seat the same number of guests, with a top table and four rows of banquet seating. In the evening, our Venue Room is opened for up to 150 guests to help celebrate your nuptials.
